Background Information

When you are by yourself, what do you think about that you really enjoy and is not related to your work? What do you do for personal renewal? If you are stressed, angry, or anxious, what do you do to change your state of mind? Have you learned anything new about yourself within the past year that has altered your previous self-understanding?

If you had to answer the question "Who am I really?" and you could not talk about your looks, work skills, or the people in your life, what would you say? What do you do when you are looking for inspiration or if you need to "spark" your own creativity? How do you evaluate yourself and your goals? What personal growth and development activities are you currently engaging in and/or what have you tried in the recent past?
