The Thinker Intrapesonal Intelligence

Introduction Lessons Conclusion

Background Information

Individuals with strong intrapersonal intelligence are able to set goals and reach them. They have a clear sense of their personal strengths and weaknesses and feel comfortable with whom they are as a person. They are confident in their abilities and have a high sense of self-esteem. They learn from their successes and failures, are honest and up-front with others, and are not afraid to state their beliefs.

To understand intrapersonal intelligence, you must first have an awareness of the different levels of consciousness and of how they develop across an individual's life span.
